New Revolutionary Quad J-Lead Packages Released

GEM Services has released two revolutionary Quad J-lead packages

The 28-pin GEM4040-28J and 24-pin GEM4040-24J are designed to be cost effective, low risk, alternatives to QFN-style packages. They are designed to mount on the same footprint, with the same pinout, and accommodate the same die size, as the equivalent QFNs. By using proven manufacturing processes and providing the customer with a leaded package using standard soldering thermal profiles, these packages are very attractive options for Power ICs.
