packages for power management semiconductors. GEM Services' customers are
leading semiconductor manufacturers who require both industry standard
and advanced packaging solutions as part of their portfolio of value-added
products for portable, battery-powered communications and computing
systems.
GEM operates three factories in Greater China: Shanghai, China; Hefei, China; and Kaohsiung, Taiwan, R.O.C., producing high volume, high quality, industry standard and advanced discrete, IC and MCM packages, including concepts co-developed with customers.
