GEM 2928-12J

The GEM2928-12J uses standard assembly technology combined with a proprietary lead form to create a package with a footprint approximately equal to a TSOP-6, but with the capability of packaging a die 80% larger. In addition, the twelve leads allow the packaging of four discrete die or an IC that requires twelve leads, or simply improve electrical and thermal performance.
